7-22-96 Ms. Barksdale will complete education on weight management and its effect on her current level of function O 8-5 Nutrition-dietitian consult ordered. Continued education required
7-22-96 Ms. Barksdale will feed herself 5 out of 7 days with minimum assistance M 8-5 
7-22-96 Ms. Barksdale will sit at 80 - 90 degrees in a chair for 2 hours daily M 8-5 
7-22-96 Ms. Barksdale will roll in bed with max assistance for positioning M 8-5

8-5-96 Ms. Barksdale will complete a sliding board transfer with maximum assistance between even surfaces in the therapy areas

8-5-96 Ms. Barksdale and her family will complete education regarding activity pacing to increase endurance   
8-5-96 Ms. Barksdale will tolerate 3 hours of therapy per day
