Overview

This case is part of the course: PT 346: Rehabilitation of the Neurologically Involved Adult, and is for physical therapists and clinicians.

The case is organized as follows:

first the patient presents, and then we are given progress notes and a series of team goals that the rehab team made for the patient. The team goals have the dates each goal was set, and the date each goal was met.
