  • ESRD: secondary to polycystic kidney disease
    • 1985 cadaveric renal transplant: 2 antigen match that lasted for almost 20 yrs
    • Failed cadaveric renal transplant 2003
    • End stage renal disease; on hemodialysis since 07/04, had PD cath placed which was discontinued due to a pleural leak
    • 4/05 2nd cadaveric renal transplant
  • Hypertension
  • Gout
  • Cholelithiasis: s/p lap cholecystectomy 02/05
  • Hyperlipidemia
