Managing Medication Adverse Effects Post Kidney Transplant

Zocor® was stopped due to c/o increased muscle aches and ankle swelling since starting Zocor®.

Prednisone decreased to 5 mg po qd due to MRI which showed possible avascular necrosis of the R hip; patient was asymptomatic.
