Right knee arthroscopy assisted reconstruction of the ACL with bone-autogenous patellar tendon-bone graft, with large medial shelf resection and chondroplasty of patella and trochlea. Post-operative physician notes indicate surgery was successful, with excellent stability, good extension and flexion, and minimal swelling noted.
