Orientation and Mobility Training (O&M)

Twenty-five hours of O&M training was achieved under the supervision of an O&M specialist. Four hours of supervised calisthenics and walking were undertaken, as well as advanced mobility training in the urban environment. Two pairs of NoIR sunshields were found to be useful, one to reduce indoor glare from artificial lighting, and another to reduce outdoor glare from sunlight.
