Diagnosis

Based on the examination's findings, it was concluded that Zamani sustained a complete T11 spinal cord lesion with flaccid paralysis. An injury is classified as complete if the cord damage is irreversible and there is no motor or sensory function below the level of the lesion. Thus, the diagnosis indicates the last normal level of both sensory and motor function.

He had no associated injuries.
